Receptionist/administration Assistant

1) Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails and activities logs and records. Maintaining Inward and Outward registers.
2) Process General and HR/Admin correspondences as well as addressing General enquiries.
3) Administering and assisting in HR Processes like leave Management, Time Management, attendances, Vendor Management, Housekeeping and generate reports.
4) Perform secretarial and administrative support such as all Vendor Management, purchasing of pantry and stationery Supplies.
5) Responsible for the up-keeping of the administrative functions such as preparing letters, monitoring workers, up keeping of various records and registers.
6) Assist in coordinating company events to facilitate smooth event execution.
7) Ensure timelines and completeness of data entries relating to Reception, Administration and HR.
8) Managing Filing of Documents for Employees, Projects, Accounts and to assist in Payroll Processing.
9) To perform receptionist duties.
10) To Maintain office Instruments, Files, Computers, Printers, etc.
11) To assist in Certification of Vendor Invoices
12) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
Preference:
- Education - B. Com or relevant (B. Com Preferred)
Experience - Relevant experience of 3 Year or More ( Knowledge of HR Programs Preffered)
