Title: Receptionist cum Admin
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
2. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
3. Manage front desk operations, including handling mail and deliveries.
4. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
5. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
6. Maintain office supplies and inventory, reordering as necessary.
7. Assist in organizing company events and gatherings.
8. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
9. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
10. Manage and distribute internal communications.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in using office software and equipment.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
8. Professional appearance and demeanor.
9. High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
