**Admin / Receptionist JD**
- Responsible for Front desk management like greeting visitors, clients and guests in professional manner.
- Handling EPABX BOARD.
- Handling Admin part like Office Stationery data maintaining in excel and order as per requirement.
- Maintaining outward courier record in & updating their dispatch details to their respective person or branches via mail.
- Managing conference meetings & ensuring the refreshments are served in meetings.
- Willing to work insight marketing, international communication, international coordination via whatsup messages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for agents, clients, and other office personnel.
- Directly coordination with directors, HODs for meeting.
- Strong & effective Communication & Coordination.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
