**Position**:Receptionist/ Admin Assistant

**Education**: Graduate in any stream

**Age group**: Between 25 - 30
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, manage phone inquiries, and route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office records and filing systems.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Support various office functions as needed, including coordinating with different departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
