**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems.
**Job Summary**:
- We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist / Admin Executive to manage our front desk and perform various administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Receptionist Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage the front desk by handling queries from clients, visitors, and employees.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
**2.Administrative Duties**:
- Handle scheduling and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies when needed.
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and format reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee attendance tracking and onboarding.
