WE have urgent openings for the post of **Receptionist cum Admin Executive**
- **Job Location = **Andheri East. SEEPZ
- **Fix Salary = **25000 Per month.
- **Experience = **2 Years +
- **Note =** Age Limit Max 35 Years **( Only Female Required )**
**Job description**
- Greet visitors, clients and staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain reception area tidiness.
- Handle correspondence, mail and packages.
- Data entry, record-keeping and filing.
- Prepare documents, reports and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory and equipment.
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- 1+ year reception and administrative experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
