**Designation: Receptionist cum Admin (Real Estate)**
**Salary: Upto 15k**
**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**
**Role and responsibility**:
- Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors to the front desk, directing them, and announcing them.
- Handling calls: Answering and forwarding incoming calls.
- Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing the office agenda.
- Managing mail: Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ordering supplies: Managing office supplies, such as stationery, name cards, and bottled water.
- Preparing reports: Preparing reports and sending them to accounts for payment.
- Maintaining office services: Monitoring the maintenance contract and coordinating repairs.
- Providing customer service: Handling customer inquiries and providing basic information.
- Assisting with HR: Preparing and issuing HR-related items for new joiners.
- Maintaining office security: Following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
