We need a Health Conscious Fit Energetic female Administrative Assistant passionate to grow personally & professionally with us at our The Sharangdhar Wellness center.
Responsibilities and Skills
- Ø Managed receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in person requests for information.
Ø Maintained a neat, tidy and pleasant appearance of the reception area.
Ø Made and confirmed appointments with patient.
Ø Fielded telephone calls and forwarded correspondence to concern person
Ø Coordinate customer payments and billing.
Ø Monitor and maintain office equipment.
Ø Control inventory relevant to reception area.
Ø Receive and sort mail and deliveries maintained.
Ø Co ordinate With Doctors and Staffs
Ø Follow up with the customer
Skills Required:
Ø Have a friendly personality, be familiar with fitness environment, communicate efficiently, and have basic computer skills.
Ø Administrative Skill
Ø Communication Skill
**Ø FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST.**
