**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service. You will also handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and order replacements as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation required, additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
