As a Front Desk Receptionist at Heal and Care Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience at our clinic. Your role will be critical in maintaining the efficient operation of the front desk and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Welcoming Patients**: Warmly welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the clinic, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Direct them to the appropriate department or healthcare professional as needed.
- **Patient Registration**: Collect and accurately record patient information, including personal details, medical history, insurance coverage, and consent forms. Ensure all patient records are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations.
- **Insurance Verification**: Verify patients' insurance coverage and eligibility, processing insurance claims and payments as necessary. Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and provide guidance on billing and payment options.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic, such as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies.
- **Answering Inquiries**: Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from patients, visitors, and external stakeholders, providing accurate information about clinic services, policies, and procedures.
- **Maintaining Reception Area**: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors. Monitor and replenish brochures, magazines, and other informational materials as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance billing processes, and healthcare regulations is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
