Key Responsibilities:
- Client On-boarding and Off-boarding: Efficiently manage the on-boarding process by setting up project IDs, discord channels, client sheets, and ensuring all necessary access is granted for tools and websites. Similarly, handle the off-boarding process by archiving project information and removing access as required.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, sharing updates, and providing guidance and support.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Feedback Collection and Implementation: Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance the quality of products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to implement feedback and improve client satisfaction.
- Reporting and Communication: Send weekly reports, updates, and greetings to clients. Keep clients informed about the latest developments and trends relevant to their industry.
- Task and Approval Management: Share tasks with clients, follow up on progress, and seek approvals for keywords, recommendations, and changes necessary for project success.
- Financial Management: Handle pending payment collections, follow-ups, and manage payment sheets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client success or a similar role in customer service or account management, preferably in a digital or service-oriented business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, and Harvest.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive problem-solver with a client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

**ROLE DEFINITION**
**As a Client Success professional, you will be responsible for**:
- **Understanding the client's needs and requirements Identifying opportunities to improve the client's experience and achieve business goals**:
- **Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular check-ins**:
- **Acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are met**:
- **Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the on-boarding, implementation, and off-boarding process**:
- **Collecting and analyzing feedback from clients to improve the quality of products and services**:
- **Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that help clients achieve their goals**:
- **Managing client expectations and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget**:
- **Monitoring client satisfaction levels and taking proactive steps to address any issues that arise**:
- **Ensuring that clients are up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in their industry.**

- **Providing clients advice whenever they ask**:
- **Monthly Goal Creation**:
- **Off-Boarding the clients**:
- **Pending Payment Collections Follow-Ups**
**TASK & ACTIVITIES**
- **On-Boarding the clients**
On-boarding the clients includes creating project ID, discord channels and client sheets. It also includes asking the clients for access to different tools like GA, GSC, etc, or the website to start the work.
- **Sharing tasks assigned to clients and taking follow-ups**
Sharing the tasks with the clients that is necessary for the progress of the campaign to achieve the goals and taking follow-ups from the clients regarding the same.
- **Approval of Keywords, Recommendations, and Landing Page Creation**
Taking approval from the clients for the Keywords or the Recommendations shared by the team to implement the changes on the website that are necessary for the project's growth.
- **Sending weekly reports and good news to the clients**
Sharing the weekly work reports and good news on the projects and whatever work has been done in a week with the clients.
