- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Document and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the customer support process.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
