Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Lower Parel

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inquiries regarding property listings, pricing, availability, and other related information.
- Assist customers with scheduling property viewings, appointments with agents, and other property-related services.
- Handle complaints, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to resolve customer issues and address any escalation.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and property listings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, property listings, and sales processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
