Executive Assistant/secretary

**Administrative Support**:
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security of data.
**Meeting Coordination**:
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up and equipped with necessary materials.
**Communication Management**:
Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle inquiries and requests from various stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
**Front Office Management**:
Greet visitors and manage front desk activities, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
**Office Management**:
Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
Coordinate with facilities management for any office maintenance needs.
Oversee office administrative processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
**Confidentiality**:
Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data security and privacy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
