Assistant Manager – Mechanical Maintenance

who will be responsible for activities of the Mechanical Maintenance

functio n of our Site at Dahej .

Job Location - Dahej ,Bharuch

Qualification: -

BE | BTech (Mechanical) (only)

Experience:-

05 to 09 years

Job responsibility:To ensure implementation of all Maintenance policies and procedures in the manufacturing/operational activities.To ensure the ability for maintenance and Operation activities like Reactor, incinerator, ATFD, variety of Pumps and Gear Boxes, Filters, Heat Exchanger, Vessel, Blower, Dryer, scrubbers, and all kinds of equipment utilized in waste treatment processes like ETP, incinerator, and MEE.To ensure the ability for Maintenance of equipment like Glass Lined Reactor, SS reactor, Gear Box, Pumps, Filters, Heat Exchanger, Vessel, Blower, Dryer, packing silo, and screw conveyor used in the manufacturing of octopuses.Exposure to working in SAP and ISO documents related to the plant.To attend breakdown as per the planning, minimize breakdown time, minimize equipment failure, and reduce repetition of failurePreparation & implementation of maintenance activity schedule.To implement injury free working culture on the shop floor.To carry out the analysis for all the break downs with the help of specialist & operators.To formulate & implement the downtime capturing & improvement procedures and further report the performance on daily basis.To make item code, PR & PO tracking in SAPTo maintain effective shop floor discipline and to achieve the best results from the available resources.To generate the Monthly Maint., report, Monthly Engg. The report, Monthly EHS report.To maintain machinery to ensure optimum availability, minimal downtime, maximum efficiency, and maximum capacity utilization.Having hands-on experience in Plant campaign changeover activity.Coordinate with external contractors for the erection and commissioning of the MOC/Campaign changeover activity by maintaining Quality and Safety.Coordinate with the engineering contractor and the different suppliers starting from ordering to receipt of materials at stores and its erection as per engineering drawing.Understanding of technical requirements, engineering & procurement documents flow.
