We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at Wing Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operation of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.

The E-Commerce Specialist will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns, providing assistance with customer selections, and optimizing product listings and content. Additionally, the specialist will build customer relationships and develop partnerships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-year experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries. They should have experience with content, product, and inventory management, as well as skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.

The E-Commerce Specialist will work closely with our internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional activities. They will also be responsible for setting prices in accordance with industry trends and sales strategy, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners on stock availability and delivery.

The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also have strong copywriting and editing skills, as well as experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the overall operation of the website and maintaining a seamless user experience

Requirements include:

  • At least 1-year experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management
  • Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
