Job Description

Our client is a leading FMCG group in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

  • In charge of GT, MT, and Horeca nation-wide, especially in the Southern region 

  • Oversee GT, MT, and Horeca for the business 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies

  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

  • Perform research and identify new potential clients and new market opportunities

  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs

  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields 

  • Proven experience in management position or the same position

  • Experience background in FMCG is a big plus 

  • Have an analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results

  • The opportunity to work directly with the primary stakeholders within the organization

  • Work in an organization which delivers faced paced growth and an opportunity towards wealth creation
