Our client is a leading FMCG group in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
In charge of GT, MT, and Horeca nation-wide, especially in the Southern region
Oversee GT, MT, and Horeca for the business
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential clients and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Proven experience in management position or the same position
Experience background in FMCG is a big plus
Have an analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results
The opportunity to work directly with the primary stakeholders within the organization
