Position Summary:
The National Sales Manager for the Endoscopy Division will spearhead our efforts to lead the market in endoscopic medical devices. This role is pivotal in driving sales strategies, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring our endoscopy division's products and services meet the highest standards of innovation and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Lead the endoscopy division with a strategic vision to drive growth, market share, and brand recognition across national markets.
- Sales Excellence: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ensure a deep understanding of customer needs to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence and penetration. Understand and adapt to market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and challenges. Leverage insights to drive product innovation and adoption.
- Training and Education: Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for both internal teams and healthcare professionals to ensure superior product knowledge and application.
- Performance Management: Monitor division performance against key metrics and objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the medical devices industry, specifically in endoscopy or related fields.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving excellence.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel as required.
