Our client is a leading consumer company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
  • Develop and implement OEM channel business strategy to achieve assigned sales and profit targets.
    Phát triển và thực hiện chiến lược kinh doanh kênh OEM để đạt được mục tiêu doanh số và lợi nhuận được giao.
  • Analyze the market to identify new opportunities and capture market trends, in order to adjust the business strategy accordingly.
    Phân tích thị trường để xác định những cơ hội mới và nắm bắt xu hướng thị trường, và điều chỉnh chiến lược kinh doanh cho phù hợp.
  • Build and manage relationships with current and potential enterprise customers, including organizing meetings, discussions, and contract negotiations.
    Xây dựng và duy quan hệ với tệp khách hàng doanh nghiệp 
  • Work closely with the production department to ensure OEM products meet requirements for quality, pricing, and delivery time.
    Phối hợp chặt chẽ với phòng sản phẩm để đảm bảo yêu cầu về số lượng, giá thành và thời gian vận chuyển
  • Plan and monitor the business budget, including efficiently allocating resources to achieve sales targets.
    Lập kế hoạch và giám sát ngân sách, bao gồm phân bổ nguồn lực hiệu quả để đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng.
  • Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring terms and conditions reflect the best interests of the company.

  • Provide regular reports on business performance and competitor analysis to the Director.

  • Manage and develop the sales team, including training and support for skill development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B Business Director role in the FMCG industry, with a preference for experience in cosmetics sectors.
    Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm với vai trò Giám đốc Kinh Doanh mảng B2B, hoặc trong lĩnh vực FMCG, kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản phẩm chăm sóc sức khoẻ là một lợi thế
  • Ability to analyze the market, develop business plans, and efficiently manage teams.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate partners.

Requirements
