Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support the full scope of HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will partner with the organization on strategic initiatives and play a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and practices that enhance the organization’s workforce.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals in the electronics manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.


2. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement programs such as team-building activities and recognition initiatives.
  • Address grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent resolution of employee issues.
  • Promote effective communication channels to improve morale and productivity across the organization.


3. Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to measure employee productivity and contribution.
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish performance goals and monitor progress.
  • Provide coaching to managers on conducting performance reviews and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for employee development, career progression, and skill enhancement.


4. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs aligned with organizational goals and address skill gaps.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills, safety awareness, and leadership capabilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.


5. Compliance and Legal

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment practices.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and implement necessary policy updates.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and discretion.


6. HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely deductions, and tax filings.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyse key metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources to align with organizational goals.


Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the manufacturing industry, particularly electronics or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications.
  • HR certification is a plus.
