JobSummary:

The HR Executive isresponsible for managing and enhancing the organizations humanresources by planning implementing and evaluating employeerelations and human resources policies programs and practices. Thisrole requires a proactive and dynamic individual who caneffectively handle various HR tasks from recruitment to policydevelopment ensuring compliance with legal standards and promotinga positive work culture.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Oversee the sourcing screening and hiring of new employees ensuringthat recruitment processes are efficient andeffective.
  • Addressand resolve employee concerns complaints and conflicts to maintaina harmonious workenvironment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations provide constructive feedback andfacilitate employee performance improvementplans.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and careerdevelopment plans to enhance employee skills andgrowth.
  • Administer and manage employee compensation structures benefitsprograms including salaries bonuses health insurance and otherperks.
  • Ensure adherence to federal state and local employment laws andregulations to avoid legalliabilities.
  • Draft update and disseminate HR policies and procedures across theorganization.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate personnel files and employmentrecords.
  • Actively promote and foster a diverse and inclusive work cultureensuring equal opportunities for allemployees.
  • Perform other HRrelated tasks as required by management which mayinclude organizing company events handling HR reporting andsupporting senior HRofficers.


RequirementsExcellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levelsof an organization.
Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
Proficient in HRM softwareand Microsoft Office Suite.
Abilityto handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic fastpacedenvironment.
Strong organizationaland time managementskills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Data Entry: Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 wordsper minute. Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel andcapability to work with database software. Analytical Skills:Strong analytical abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.Time Management: Ability to manage tasks within strict deadlines.Quality Focus: Commitment to generating high-quality, error-freereports.
