Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1 - 3 years

Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can effectively handle various HR tasks, from recruitment to policy development, ensuring compliance with legal standards and promoting a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sourcing, screening, and hiring of new employees, ensuring that recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate employee performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and career development plans to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Administer and manage employee compensation structures, benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, health insurance, and other perks.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to avoid legal liabilities.
  • Draft, update, and disseminate HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employment records.
  • Actively promote and foster a diverse and inclusive work culture, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as required by management, which may include organizing company events, handling HR reporting, and supporting senior HR officers.


RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of an organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in HRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Data Entry: Proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute. Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel and capability to work with database software. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy. Time Management: Ability to manage tasks within strict deadlines. Quality Focus: Commitment to generating high-quality, error-free reports.
