Job Description and ResponsibilitiesORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURELOCATION: Coimbatore, IndiaDIRECT REPORTING: Director, HRFUNCTIONAL REPORTING: Site Director POSITION DETAILS Position SummaryAs the Site Human Resource Manager, you will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function at site. You will partner with senior management locally and globally in supporting the overall needs of the business in region. In this position you will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition and Development, HR Operations, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Talent, Policy implementation, affirmative action and employment, law compliance, employee events, and Diversity and Inclusion. Principal ActivitiesYou Will:Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)Identify and communicate with management any talent and skillset gaps in the organisationFormulate and present Site HR function annual budget plans for review and approval with local as well as global leadership and finance teamsEstablish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR programs and processesDetermine outside consultant support requirements for Site HR related needs and establish business relationships with appropriate external partnersMonitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescalesManage the recruitment, selection, and new hire orientation processManage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgetsLiaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievementsBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesMaintain pay plan and benefits programDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationEnsure activities meet with and integrate into organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies and general duty of careAudit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies, etcDevelop and maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non-Govt. Organisations to ensure proper and expedited functioning of organisationPlan for and conduct employee’s performance appraisal;

job evaluation and developmentCollaborate with leadership and the other functions to ensure employee training needs are met, to include suggesting and supporting the design of programs, creating and maintaining contact with outside resources for training, as neededUnderstand the long and short-term strategy and market dynamics of the businessEnsure timely and accurate reporting and record keeping, to include HC reporting RequirementsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSCompetenciesYou have proven skillsets in:Business AcumenCommunication and consultationCritical EvaluationGlobal & Cultural AwarenessHR Expertise, leadership & navigationRelationship ManagementEthical Practices Knowledge Skills & AbilitiesYou Have:Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.Ability to motivate teams to timely produce quality materials and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.Business driven with strong financial acumen. Strategic planning, complex problem resolution, and general management expertise. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;

solid team player. Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership. Ability to architect and drive change Ability to lead in a global, matrixed environment Education & Experience8+ years of progressive HR experience, with experience leading and executing an HR function in an upper-level position a plus.Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field, or equivalent combined years of education and experience, MBA/MSW specialized in Human Resource a plus.Experience working in a global business, where you and others report globally, and managing to the needs of the business locally while ensuring the global business needs are also considered and met.CIRCOR is an EEO Employer of Females / Minorities / Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities
