Responsibilities:
Identifyand assess new international markets for our products taking intoaccount market trends competition and regulatoryrequirements.Develop and implementcomprehensive business strategies to penetrate and establish astrong presence in target markets.Build andnurture relationships with distributors retailers and otherstrategic partners in variousregions.Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure product offerings meet the needs of differentmarkets.Lead negotiations and close deals tosecure new business partnerships and distributionagreements.Conduct market research toidentify potential customers evaluate market potential and monitorcompetitor activities.Monitor industrytrends and provide insights to guide product development andinnovation.Travel internationally to attendtrade shows conferences and business meetings to representFlavaroma and network with keystakeholders.Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in Business International Relations or a related field(Masters degree preferred).Proven trackrecord of at least 3 years in international business developmentpreferably in the Flavours Fragrances or Essential Oilsindustry.Strong understanding of globalmarket dynamics cultural differences and regulatoryconsiderations.Exceptional communicationnegotiation and relationshipbuildingskills.Demonstrated ability to create andexecute successful market entrystrategies.Strategic thinker with aresultsoriented mindset and a proactive approach to identifying newopportunities.Willingness to travelextensively for businesspurposes.Proficiency in multiple languagesis aplus.Compensation:
