- To arrange thecasual manpower for Production.
- Interviewcoordination with complete the joining to exit formalities ( ifany)
- Ensure to maintain required statutorycompliance documents for plant
- Overview thegeneral administration ( Security Housekeeping Courieretc)
- Vendor sManagement
- Maintain the trainingrecord
- Maintain employee s / worker personaldata base
- Grievancehandling
- Assist for external auditcertification
- Welfare facility for staff andworker
RequiredQualifications
- Proven work experienceas an HR & Admin Executive or similarrole.
- Sound knowledge of HR processes laborlaws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRISsoftware and MS Office particularly Excel andWord.
- Strong understanding of payrollmanagement and administration.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Certification in HR management orrelated field will be an addedadvantage.
- Proactive and solutionorientedapproach to problemsolving.
- Ability to workwell independently as well as in ateam.
