As an HR Onboarding and Administration Specialist youwill play a
multifaceted role in sourcing recruitingonboarding contractors and
providing administrativesupport to ensure smooth operations within the
talentacquisition function. You will manage the endtoendcontractor
lifecycle from sourcing and recruitment toonboarding and administrative
tasks.
Contractor Onboarding:
Develop and implement anefficient and effective onboarding
process tailored tocontractors specific roles and responsibilities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as HR IT anddepartment
heads to ensure all necessary onboardingtasks are completed
accurately and promptly. And connectback to HQ for processes
practices andupdates.
Facilitate orientation sessions for newcontractors to familiarize them
with company policiesprocedures and culture.
Serve as the main point ofcontact for contractors throughout the
onboardingprocess addressing any questions or concerns they may
have.
Administration:
Provide administrativesupport to the talent acquisition team
includingscheduling interviews coordinating candidate travel
arrangements and managing expense reimbursements.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of contractorinformation
including contracts agreements and otherrelevant documentation.
Assist with preparing anddistributing reports presentations and
other materialsrelated to talent acquisition activities.

Manage the departments email inboxresponding to inquiries and
escalating issues asneeded.
Support implementing and maintaining applicanttracking systems
(ATS) and other HR softwareapplications.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment lawsregulations
and company policies throughout talentacquisition and onboarding.
Partner with legal andcompliance teams to ensure all contractor
agreements andcontracts meet legal requirements and company
standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify areas for improvement within thetalent
acquisition and onboarding processes andimplement solutions to
enhance efficiency andeffectiveness.
Stay current on industry trends bestpractices and technologies
related to talent acquisitionand contractor management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or related
field (or equivalentwork experience).
Proven experience in talentacquisition with a focus on sourcing and
recruitingcontractors.
Familiarity with onboarding processes andbest practices preferably in a
contractor or contingentworkforce environment.
Strong understanding ofemployment laws regulations and compliance
requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build
rapport and establishrelationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Highlyorganized with exceptional attention to detail and the abilityto
manage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
