The position is that of a Regional Channel Manager based out of Kochi responsible to manage Retail Biz of Kerala region which is strategically the most important area of South India. Incumbent will be expected to manage the entire Expertise in Retail Management. · Excellent Market knowledge & Channel connect, Excellent Communication & Presentation skills. · Experience in managing & reviewing a team of promoters across various Retail hygiene matrices, Rigor to track & achieve - Mkt share, SoW, Placement, Coverage expansion.

· Excellent Product Knowledge. Manage channel partner relationships and ensure that they have adequate support on Lenovo products. · Good interpersonal skills & ability to interact with various stake holders (Product, Marketing, Vertical) within the organization to ensure fulfillment of channel objectives.

Experience & Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in IT Hardware / Consumer durable / B2C business development, go-to-market strategy or similar customer facing roles · Degree in Sales and operations
