Role/ Job Title : Manager – Merchant Alliances

Function/ Department:  Credit Cards

Job Purpose:

Identify & execute prospective Merchant offer partnership to drive spends & EMI

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop a marketing calendar of Merchant & EMI offers on yearly basis Create and develop tactical offers for the portfolio in partnership with key merchants Devise a structured approach of networking and negotiation skills with due diligence to ensure closure Create merchant offers for Credit Card portfolio across categories like Travel, Dining, Ecom etc Campaign Management-ability to negotiate brand visibility and cost for both ATL and BTL campaigns along with the partner Manage E2E relation with Top brands to deepen engagement with them for the EMI portfolio Drive new initiatives with Top OEMs and merchants to increase EMI spends from the portfolio Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and partnership’s strategic objective E2E implementation of the Credit card promotions with the partners E2E Partner management and engagement Campaign fulfilment Analyze impact and performance of each and every campaign from visibility and investment point of view Positive, collaborative attitude, Prolific communicator Ambitious team player with the ability to execute partner requests and tasks in time sensitive situations Drive Credit Card spends and EMI through Merchant led offers & alliances Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships & specific Merchant Offers

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Any Graduation 

Post graduation: MBA, PGDM

Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant experience
