Position: Sr. BDM - Alliances/Channels Onboard

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Duration: Perm

What you will work on:

- P&L Responsibility for the business line.

- Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed.

- Develop new corporate tie-ups Pan India and onboard channel partners to source merchants.

- Maintain relationships with the teams of Channel Partners to build stickiness and get consistent business from them.

- Work closely with the Tech team to develop systems in order to best serve the corporate clients.

- Manage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of partners of associated corporates.

Qualification and Experience:

- 7+ years of experience as RSM/ZSM with a focus on sales with Alliances/Channels, Client Acquisition, and B2B sales with banks and BFSI.

- Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience.

- Experience in scaling sales through a resource-lean model.
