Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Business Development Manager who will be based in Mumbai. He/she must drive new business and sales in Mumbai by working with brands and agencies in the region. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline. They will also collaborate with the creative and technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients. You will be our first employee based in Mumbai and drive the sales, revenue and new business in Mumbai. Based on the growth in the region, you can hire team members to support you.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated experience and success in sales, business development, and account management. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. A minimum of 5 years experience in sales, business development and account management.
  • Creative Tech: Familiarity with augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), generative AI, branded games, and interactive videos. Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the creative tech industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand clients' challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative and technical teams, to develop and deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals. Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving business goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the advertising, marketing, and creative tech.
