Requirements :
Candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane preferred
A minimum of 10-12 years of Sales & Business Development experience in the Polymer & Plastic Industries
CIPET, MTech, Diploma in Plastics / Polymer Technology
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Preference to candidates with an understanding of flexible packaging and polymers as well as masterbatches used in flexible packaging
Fluency in English is essential
Confident personality, Proactive attitude, decisive decision-making skills, and a hands-on mentality.
Excellent communication skills and intercultural understanding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead business generation activities
Identify, convert, and onboard new customers for growth opportunities and maximize revenues.
Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
Develop and maintain profitable relationships with both current Principals and prospective clients.
Actively engage in ongoing professional and technical development related to Polymer & Plastic processes and applications through continuous education and participation in industry associations.
Travel Pan India for business activities
