Requirements :
- Candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane preferred
- A minimum of 10-12 years of Sales & Business Development experience in the Polymer & Plastic Industries
- CIPET, MTech, Diploma in Plastics / Polymer Technology
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Preference to candidates with an understanding of flexible packaging and polymers as well as masterbatches used in flexible packaging
- Fluency in English is essential
- Confident personality, Proactive attitude, decisive decision-making skills, and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural understanding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead business generation activities
- Identify, convert, and onboard new customers for growth opportunities and maximize revenues.
- Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
- Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
- Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with both current Principals and prospective clients.
- Actively engage in ongoing professional and technical development related to Polymer & Plastic processes and applications through continuous education and participation in industry associations.
- Travel Pan India for business activities
