Job Description
Responsible for all sales activities and personnel involved in the Sales department. Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the department, while focusing on the Organization’s strategic goals. Manage a portfolio of major accounts that have specific potential for hotels Business Events Segment, Build close working relationships with key decision makers and increase account market share. Research and develop new business opportunities across the Business Events segment. Assist in preparation of budget, revenue strategies and sales & marketing plans. Maximise revenue by promoting Hotels products including restaurants and other outlets by cross selling/up selling. Prepare a monthly Sales Report reflecting activities, market intelligence and adjustments to the sales activity plan. Represent the Hotel at Business Events trade shows, seminars, sales trips as and when required.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively. Pleasant personality Synergies across the network. Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge. 12+years’ industry experience in up market brands with 1-2 year of experience in a similar role. Well versed with latest trends and techniques in market.
