Responsibilities
Workclosely with key stakeholders including sales/ BD professionals andservice line leads. Responsible for undertaking the entire biddingprocess including the writing of custom bid content and creatingmarketing materials that showcase our proposed solution/ offeringand brand.Contribute in the development ofcustomised pursuit strategies for keyclients.Create and draft custom RFI/RFPresponses and presentations. Proofread content for errors andinconsistencies. Edit and polish existing content to adhere to theoverall theme of the document.Partner withGraphic Designers to effectively showcase content for RFPspresentations and other pursuit relatedmaterials.Identify client needs andrecommend approach to address gaps in proposedsolutions.Partner with appropriate SubjectMatter Experts as needed to review existing content/generate newcontent as required.Maintain all material inan online repository including RFP response content and templates.Act as a single source of truth. Work with knowledge managersacross regions to update and maintain latest corporate informationcapability presentations maps CVs headshotsetc.
Experiencein marketing & communications copywriting marketingstrategy new business development.Strongproject management organisational and critical thinking skills withdemonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced highpressureenvironment.Strong interpersonal skills withthe ability to build relationships across the organisation at alllevels and functions while collaboratingeffectively.Proven ability to use influenceto drive results independently or as part of a team with limiteddirect authority.Ability to influencestakeholders across different geographies and levels ofseniority.
