JobDescription 1) Overall CivilIncharge of Big Steel Industry Projects execution along withdaytoday civil maintenance jobs.2) Strongleadership and team management skills.3) Toconduct daily weekly and monthly project status meetings with theproject team and also contractors.4)Excellent analytical and problemsolvingabilities.5) Effective communication andinterpersonal skills.6) Ability to workunder pressure and meet tight deadlines.7)Shall be responsible for coordinating with the DesignerArchitectural & other consultants8)Shall be leading/heading the entire team deployed on the projectfor execution9) Responsible to assign tasksto the site staff to execute the work as per drawingsspecifications and engineering standards.10)Preparation of financial requirements/fund flowchart.11) Shall be responsible fordelivering the entire project with quality and in scheduledtime.12) Successful execution ofprojects.13) Adhering to quality standardsand delivering projects within budget and ontime.14) Lead and manage civil constructionprojects including planning organizing and controlling projectactivities.15) Develop project plansschedules and budgets and ensure adherence to project timelines andfinancial targets.16) Dealing with projectactivities right from conceptualization to execution involvingfinalization of technical specifications scheduling manpowerplanning procurement vendor development progress monitoring sitemanagement etc.17) Evaluation of Bill ofQuantities & Cost Estimates18) DPR(Detailed Project Reports) BID documents & TenderEvaluation Report.19) Assist in alltechnical issues in design and constructionphase.20) Development of tactical programsto pursue targeted goals and objectives.21)Resolve other civil engineers design and developmentissues.22) Coordinating with employerconsultants site engineers and otherstaff.23) Organize all activities at siteand guide in resolving bottlenecks to achieve the desired rate ofprogress24) Overall responsibility ofconstruction/supply works contracts on site including all technical& financial matters with excellent Leadershipquality.25) Periodical review of allconstruction activities and all civil maintenance works withcontractors monitor and review progress of works & servicesfor timely completion all Project and Maintenanceworks.26) Develop & leadmultidisciplinary teams for Project execution and maintenance jobsin compliance with contract provisions relevant Codes clientguidelines and all safety rules andregulations27) Knowledge on MS OfficeAutoCAD and MS Project software.28)Knowledge on SAP MM Module.29) Knowledge onCritical Path Method (CPM) and Bar ChartPlanning
QualificationBE/ B. TechCivil with more than 15 20 years ofexperience
