Overview:The roleof a Civil Fresher is to assist in various civil engineeringprojects performing tasks under the supervision of senior engineersand gaining practical experience in the field. This role is crucialin contributing to the successful execution of constructionprojects and ensuring adherence to engineeringstandards.KeyResponsibilities:

• Assist in preparingproject plans and designs using software such asAutoCAD.
• Participate in site inspections andsurveys to assess projectrequirements.
• Collaborate with senior engineersto ensure the timely and costeffective completion ofprojects.
• Assist in analyzing survey reportsmaps and other data to plan projects.
• Conductmaterial testing and assist in quality controlprocedures.
• Support in the preparation of costestimates and documentation forprojects.
• Assist in coordinating withcontractors architects and otherstakeholders.
• Contribute to maintaining projectschedules and budgets.
• Participate in projectmeetings and report on progress andissues.
• Adhere to safety and regulatoryrequirements on construction sites.
• Support inresolving technical issues and challengesonsite.
• Assist in the documentation and filingof project records and reports.
• Keep abreast ofindustry developments and bestpractices.
• Communicate effectively within theteam and with externalstakeholders.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inCivil Engineering or related field.
• Knowledgeof engineering principles andpractices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and otherrelevant software.
• Understanding ofconstruction processes andtechniques.
• Knowledge of surveying and siteassessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
• Ability to interpret andanalyze technical data and reports.
• Goodunderstanding of project managementconcepts.
