ROLE: Engineer Projects(MEP/CIVIL) SALARY:UPTO 10LPA LOCATION:Hyderabad. QUALIFICATION:Diploma or BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civilengineering EXPERIENCE: 8 to 10years
ROLE Engineer Projectsis responsible for execution activities for the project assignedto him/her. Alsoensure adherence to highest quality and safety standards asstipulatedby thecompany. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Assisting andupdating work or installation status to the Sr. EngineerProject. Ensureinstallation activities are carried out exactly as per process /stepslaid down. Coordination with the store keeper and ensure that materialrequired forplanned installationactivity is readily available by considering delivery timeline ofmaterials and ifany shortage needs to highlight the same to Sr. EngineerProjects. Highlighting short fall in required resources (Manpower / Material)to carryout plannedinstallation work to projectengineers. Prioritize and distribute work to a deputed work force in such away thatoptimum workoutcome is obtained everyday. Coordinating with other agencies/ cocontractors to ensure huddlefreework execution. Highlight any dependencies that can impact his work schedule to Sr.Engineer Projects at theearliest. Overall responsible for execution of work with quality and agreedtimelines adheringto all safe work practices quality standards laid down bycompany. Ensureall the snag as pointed out by PMC/Consultant/ Client are attendedand duly gets itverified and signed fromthem. Practicespiritual foundations laid down by company and strives to propagatesame in thecolleagues working withhim. AssistsSr. Engineer Projects in performing any other tasks that are notdescribed aboveor may be specific to particular project/job. Provideall documents to generate WCR report to Sr. EngineerProjects. Generating measurement sheets and get it approved from Sr. EngineerProject& clientsrepresentative. Record all the changes in shop drawing incurred during executionand send markupdrawing to project engineer for as builtdrawing. UpdateQuality Check and Installation Check lists as per progress ofwork. PrepareMIR for the material received at site and get it sign fromPMC/Client. Check and ensure TDS and Sample board received from planningdepartmentis inline. Update commissioning checklist and reports and get it sign fromPMC/Client. Arrange Mock up before starting any activity and get it approved byPMC/client. Ensure below activities are done by Store Keeper / StoreIncharge TimelyGRPO TimelyConsumption. Maintaining Inward / Outward Register and Materialstacking. Maintaining Inward / Outward register for Tools andTackles. Tocross verify stocks for raising PurchaseRequest PREFERREDSKILLS Basicknowledge of MS Excel Outlook PowerPointWord Knowledgeof AutoCAD Should be flexible withwork Discipledand quicklearner Basicwritten and oralEnglish
