JobDescription Roles andResponsibilities
  • Coordinate allelectricalrelated activities at project sites and daytodayoperation.
  • Complete Electrical Plumbingsanitary drainage sewage HVAC Fire LV BMS etc. designing checkingand finalization of drawings and BOQS preparation and finalizationof specifications estimates
  • Coordinate with allthe consultant regarding cost effective design & to makesure proper design coordination is achieved before the commencementof work
  • Coordinating with Architects/Consultantfor MEP drawings & BOQs
  • Preparingtimelines/ work schedules for MEP works in coordination withplanning dept
  • To Guide and advise on allelectrical /mechanical equipment as per our drawing and consultantsadvise at Constriction & commissionstage
  • To give guidance to contractors andsubordinates and make sure work quality is as per ourrequirement
  • To ensure checking of theelectrical/mechanical plumbing drawing specs brand quality.Earthling lightning arresters etc and give guidelines tocontractors site engineers and Supervisors from time totime
  • To check the RA bill final bill qualityand quantity inspection site measurement as per the tender and tomake BOM.
  • To ensure rechecking of the finalshop drawing prepared by contractors along with operation manualand handing over to Facility Management (FM)department.
  • To give support to the FMdepartment for work related to MEP as and whenrequired
  • Cocoordinating with Liaisoning forInfrastructure Electrification Statutory and Liaisoningwork
  • Have experience in Building electrical /High rise electricalSystems
Desiredprofile of thecandidate Experience: 7 Years experience in executing Plumbing FireFighting HVAC andElectrical works for industrial clients with strong Mechanical/Electrical/ Plumbing exposure with renowned constructioncompanies.
