Sales Business Development Manager

Job Location: Faridabad, Haryana, India
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales of industrial products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs and develop marketing materials accordingly.
- Identify and attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the organization's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing and sales activities to senior management.
- Any graduate or BE / MBA with 4-6 years of experience in the Molds, Dies, Plastic Molding, White goods, and the Automotive OEM manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- Prior pre- and Post-Sales experience required.
The Sales & Business Development Manager will drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of industrial markets, as well as strong background working in pre- and Post-Sales with Plastic Molding, White goods, and the Automotive OEM industry.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
