Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. As Assistant Manager - Sales & Specification, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and project development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, and other key stakeholders to promote Saint-Gobain's insulation solutions
- Provide technical presentations and support to customers to drive business growth
- Collaborate with system providers to develop and implement new business opportunities
- Develop and execute market development activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth

Required Skills and Qualifications
- BSc / BE / BTech graduate with 4-8 years of experience in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
