Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a forward-thinking sales strategy that aligns with our overall goals, ensuring each step is well thought out.
  • Business Expansion: Discover new business prospects and markets, extending our customer base across the India region.
  • Building Relationships: Forge strong and lasting connections with potential clients, acting as the catalyst for mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Financial Expertise: Create precise sales forecasts and budgets, consistently delivering on revenue targets.
  • Pricing Wizardry: Mastermind pricing strategies and skillfully negotiate customer contracts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with our marketing and product teams to shape engaging sales materials, attractive offerings, creative campaigns, and smart product positioning.
  • Market Watch: Keep a close eye on cybersecurity trends and competitive developments, providing valuable insights to refine our sales tactics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field as a foundation for your knowledge.
  • Sales Experience: Bring around 10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity sales or a related field.
  • Networking Whiz: Boast a strong network in India, showcasing your ability to build valuable connections.
  • Proven Results: Demonstrate an impressive track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess the charisma and leadership qualities to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Communication Mastery: Communicate, negotiate, and present with exceptional finesse.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Exhibit a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends and threats, adeptly explaining the value of our cybersecurity solutions to customers.
  • Willing to Travel: Be open to travel opportunities to meet with customers and attend industry events.
