What You'll Be Doing:

- Drive Space Sales: Lead the charge in selling our co-working spaces—workstations, private cabins, and meeting rooms—to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new members seeking the perfect workspace solution.
- Customize Workspaces: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, whether it's a dedicated desk or a fully equipped meeting room.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with startups, entrepreneurs, and local businesses.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with our growth goals.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to keep us at the forefront of the co-working movement.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to enhance member experience and community engagement.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent &work enthusiastically at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in business development or sales, preferably in co-working, real estate, or hospitality.
- Space Selling Pro: Demonstrated success in selling workstations, private offices, or meeting spaces.
- Networking Expert: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for forging genuine connections.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture while adeptly managing the details.
