What you will do:


  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees, clients, and executives, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other related services.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards for travel accommodations.
  • Liaise with travel vendors, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Monitor and manage travel expenses, ensuring adherence to the company's budgetary guidelines.
  • Reconcile and process travel-related expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate travel details to employees and answer any queries or concerns related to travel arrangements.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance with travel guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel arrangements, expenses, and other relevant documents for management review.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience coordinating travel arrangements for business trips and corporate activities
  • Hands-on, real-time experience in travel arrangements for international and domestic airlines and hotel bookings for corporate administration purposes for the employees.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in travel management software,MS-office and computer knowledge .
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
