Travel Desk Executive

**Skills & Qualification’s**:
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure the best possible rates and arrangements.
- Coordinate all aspects of employee travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers to ensure quality service and favorable terms.
- Assist employees with travel inquiries, provide guidance on travel policies and procedures, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Manage travel budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to company travel policies and guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, tickets, and other relevant documents to employees.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize travel arrangements and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and finance, to streamline travel processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide periodic reports and analysis on travel expenses, trends, and performance metrics.

**Experience**:
- Proven experience in travel coordination, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Concur.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel documentation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

**Additional Requirements**:
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate travel schedules or urgent requests.
- Certification in travel management or related fields is a plus.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
