If you excel at building strong relationships and driving win-win partnerships, this role is for youAbout The RoleAs a Partnership Manager at Glood.AI, you will lead the development and execution of our partnership strategy. Your primary focus will be on building meaningful relationships with agencies, technology partners, and other collaborators in the Shopify ecosystem. You’ll drive co-marketing initiatives, facilitate app integrations, and strategize plans for key sales events like Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM), helping to expand our footprint and deliver value to our partners and customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Shopify agencies, technology partners, and other key stakeholders.Identify and onboard new partners to expand Glood.AI’s ecosystem and reach.Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives, such as webinars, case studies, and joint campaigns.Facilitate app integrations to ensure seamless collaboration between Glood.AI and partner technologies.Plan and execute strategies for major sales events like BFCM and other seasonal campaigns.Organize and represent Glood.AI at industry events, workshops, and conferences.Drive partner engagement through regular communication, reporting, and value delivery.Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related queries, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual success.Manage and grow Glood.AI’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.Create and execute strategies to boost social media engagement, increase followers, and enhance audience interaction.Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership and social media initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business partnerships.Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.Experience organizing events, workshops, or webinars.Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify, is highly preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack).Ability to work cross-functionally and align partnership efforts with marketing, sales, and product teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize partnership strategies.
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in the SaaS or eCommerce industry.Knowledge of Shopify’s app ecosystem and partner program.Experience in co-marketing campaigns and joint product launches.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.Background in strategic planning for seasonal sales events.
