About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in navigating complex organizations and fostering collaborative relationships. You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and strategic partners, analyzing industry trends related to global compliance, sustainability, and carbon tax policies, and developing detailed reports and presentations to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential partners and growth opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and develop insights on global compliance, sustainability, and carbon tax policies.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports to inform strategic decisions.
Partnership Development:
- IDentify and evaluate potential partners, including startups, established companies, and research institutions.
- Negotiate and establish partnership agreements aligned with company goals.
- Manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities and track progress.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership execution.
Growth Initiatives:
- Design and implement growth strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor partnership performance and provide optimization insights.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain records of partnership activities, agreements, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Masters in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in business development or strategic partnerships.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
