  • Theperson would be responsible for onboarding Corporates on theclients platform activating these corporates for transactions andmaintaining relationships to maximize businessopportunities.
  • The person will be responsiblefor maximizing throughput from all onboarded corporates in his/herportfolio.
  • The RM will be responsible forP&L for his/her respective portfolio he/she should ensureprofitability parameters and charges are optimized for eachcorporate relationship and the portfoliooverall.
  • The person would be responsible forthe increase in throughput outstanding revenues yields &other business performance metrics for the assigned geography forall products covered under the companysumbrella.
  • Growing the partner/distributionnetwork and growing the under tapped segments/companies/territoriesfor business.
  • Achieve sales targets in linewith the target established for the area in terms of revenues& volumes.
  • Plan Forecast measure andreport business volumes on a daily weekly or monthly basis asrequired.
FunctionalCompetencies
  • Theperson should be team player and should be able to work with andmanage direct support and crossfunctional teams and other relevantstakeholders to grow business.
  • Ability to driverelationship at CXO/promoter levels and decision makers. Should beable to partner the stakeholders in the clients to work outsolutions for them from our product suite.
  • Theperson should be able to plan forecast measure and report businessvolumes on a daily weekly or monthly basis asrequired
  • Strong partner relationship managementand solution development skills
  • Have deepknowledge and expertise of the partners in the geography to drivepartner connection in the defined territory to ensure maximumpartner impact on customer acquisition renewals andconsumption
  • Should be Thought Leader TargetOriented Assertive Focused and Honest &Hardworking.
ProfileandQualifications
  • Minimum7 years of experience 7 to 10 years experience in Banking/FinancialServices/Fintech domain and ready to take on challenges for aspeedy career growth.
  • Experience should includeCore Sales Market Expansion/Penetration Business Development inFinancial Services domain.
  • Minimum requiredqualification: Graduate (preferably inFinance/Commerce).
  • Candidates with aprofessional degree in Finance will be preferred (MBA CAetc.)
  • Candidates based locally and operating inthe required catchment area will bepreferred
