About Us:

We are an innovative and fast-growing California-based company seeking a seasoned Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce leader to join our dynamic remote team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our D2C strategy to drive growth, deepen customer engagement, and uphold our brand’s high standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C eCommerce strategy that drives growth, customer retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage eCommerce team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Platform Optimization: Oversee and enhance our eCommerce platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and execute customer engagement programs through email marketing, social media, and content strategies to boost retention and loyalty.
  • Marketing Excellence: Lead the planning and execution of paid search, social media, and influencer marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Product Collaboration: Partner with the product team to drive successful new product launches and category expansions.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze, track, and report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers to ensure business success.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in growing D2C eCommerce businesses with a proven track record of driving revenue and customer engagement.
  • Deep expertise in eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Experience in the US market is highly preferred.
