Eligibility Criteria:


Must: MBA in Marketing

Experience: Experience of working as Marketing Manager, Digital marketing specialist, Community Manager mainly for brand management, social media marketing, marketing collateral preparation focused towards new technologies such as Web3.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, community building and partnerships.
  • Can work as event admin to execute event requirements on behalf of organisation –preparation of catalogues, standees, coordination with event organisers, collect leads, prepare event summary plan, ROI.
  • Can work on marketing collateral design and development, inclusive of content, design, stories, brand imaging, pitch.
  • Can work on tools and technologies of marketing – offline, online, print such as SEO, agency networking, blog networking, etc.
  • Strong user of to build and scale brand of organisation – posts creation (content,design theme).
  • Design and execute marketing and growth plan and strategy for the organisation with quantified KPIs and timeline.
  • Manage social handles – YouTube, Facebook, twitter on behalf of company
  • Understands power of social media for reach outs and social presence growth/ visibility of the organisation.
  • Can own aim of growing social media presence of organisation from X to Y with required actions, tools, plan, strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills – English (must)
  • Knows MENA region very well from perspective of above roles and responsibilities.
  • Can work with UI team to design product/marketing videos and collaterals.
  • Fully hand-on tools required for the purpose of activities involved in day-to-day operations adobe, PPT, SEO tools, social media tools, etc.
