Alliance Manager- D2C Partnerships
Role Overview:
- The Alliance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and partnerships for our Sampling as a Service business.
- This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic alliances with D2C Brands to promote their products through targeted sampling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and onboard D2C Brands as strategic partners.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies, including co-marketing initiatives and joint promotions.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner D2C Brands.
- Provide ongoing support and value to partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Foster a collaborative environment and promote mutual growth.
Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sampling campaigns tailored to partner needs.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to partners for optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples and adherence to campaign timelines.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data to measure ROI and identify trends.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to share with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform future partnership strategies.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and target segments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or alliance management, preferably within the D2C or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of sampling strategies and their effectiveness in driving brand awareness and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
